RGV Homes Barcenaga

A small community of close to 300 homes is rising in Barcenaga, Naujan. This is the RGV Group’s prototype for socialized housing in a provincial setting, where the concern of focus is affordability for the buyers rather than availability or cost of land. The program enable lower-to-middle income families in the province to purchase a decent home for their family availing of affordable financing for Pag-IBIG Fund members. The RGV Group is now busy with site development and the design of economically-sized houses, with a commercial area nearby for their immediate home needs.
