With the growing demand in Mindoro for hotel accommodation and bigger venues to hold conventions and similar functions, another 100-room hotel will rise on the adjoining lot of the existing 50-room hotel. This will bring the hotel complex to 150 rooms and a conference center of close to 1,000-seat capacity.
