Filipiniana Hotel Expansion
With the growing demand for hotel accommodation and bigger venues to hold conventions and similar functions, another 100-room hotel will rise in the adjoining lot of the the exisiting 50-room hotel. This will bring the hotel complex to 150 rooms and conference center of 900-seat capacity.

Neo Calapan
RGV is also busy with the continued development and conversion of a new township in the heart of Calapan City in Oriental Mindoro.
